Olly is one of the rare cases of Denizens losing their sanity as a result of their heavy and constant smoking. He was in and out of rehab centers for several years before finally going over edge. Now, he has lost his mind and he just wants to smoke and smoke and smoke. Fortunately, he does not pose any danger to himself or those around him.
